Safety First

  • Time 2 Bounce Inflatables & Fun puts safety first above all. Prior to the start of each event, our staff will review all safety rules with responsible parties and event goers that are present at the time of set up.

  • All equipment is sanitized before and after each use. We provide all of our customers with peace of mind knowing that products have been properly cleaned and are without germs at delivery.

  • All of our products are all natural, non-toxic, EPA approved products with no harmful chemicals and safe for children.

  • SAFTEY RULES & PROCEDURES:

    • PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

    • Children must be supervised by an adult (18 yr. old)/parent/guardian while in play area.

    • NO Shoes, SNEAKERS, FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS are allowed on mats (soft play area or inflatables).

    • NO food, drinks or sweets, gum allowed in play area or inflatables.

    • NO diving in the ball pit.

    • NO equipment should be removed from original set up.

    • No uneven size difference of players.

    • NO shoving, pushing, wrestling, piling or ruff play in play area.

    • Toddler Soft Play areas are designed for children under 5 years ONLY.

    • No paint stain/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) are allowed in soft play areas or inflatables.

    • No more than the recommended number of players on unit at any time.

    • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets etc.).

    • DO NOT enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems.

    • No hanging from the netting or the sides or the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if damages are found.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booking can be cancelled within 72 hours of paid deposit without penalty if the event is more than 7 days away.

  • . No other refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.  If event is rescheduled based on weather, renter will be able to reschedule based on current availability. Please see inclement weather policy.


deposit, payment, & fees

  • $50 deposit is required to reserve a date. Deposit is only refundable upon acceptable inspection of rental/s at pickup.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, & Cash.

  • Event must be cancelled within 72 hours of paid deposit for any refund. Cancellation thereafter is an automatic forfeit of deposit and any other payments made.

  • Kentucky State tax is required and will be included in all transactions. It is 6%. Please let us know if you are tax exempt.


renter Responsibility

  • Renters are responsible for electricity and water access. Most inflatables run on a 20-amp blower.

  • Rental generators and extended extension cords are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Extension cords over 100 ft. are not recommended and WILL damage equipment. Renter is responsible for any overload of circuits.

  • Renters are also responsible for obtaining a Film License if you are renting an inflatable movie screen and plan to show a film you do not owe the rights to. Below is contact information for a film licensing company that serves Kentucky: Criterion Pictures (800)-890-9494

  • Renters are responsible for supervision and operation of all Time 2 Bounce Inflatables & Fun equipment. Safety of participants is the responsibility of renter.


  • If rain is forecasted on the day of your event, you have until 7am the day of to reschedule at no cost to you.

  • Renter assumes all weather-related risks. However, we will work with you to best of our abilities.

  • Once rental equipment has been set up, customer forfeits their rights to any refund or reschedule due to weather conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to set up in unsound weather conditions and will give renters the option to reschedule.

  • We strive to be 100% hassle-free. This business was opened for you. You just tell us where and when! We will set up and take down for you. Set up area must be clear, clean, and ready prior to arrival of delivery.

  • Space allotment is the responsibility of the customer. If the set-up is not clear, clean, and ready, Time 2 Bounce Inflatables & Fun reserves the right to leave and reschedule your set up. No refunds will be issued if space is not adequate to accommodate Time 2 Bounce Inflatables & Fun service/s.

  • For safety, we are not permitted to set up where we may need to climb hills or stairs. Please ensure the area is flat and easy for the fun to be set up.

  • We will not set up on gravel, rocks, or dirt.

  • Upon arrival, paid customer will need to show a form of identification before products are to be left in their care.

  • Latest pick-up is 7pm and based on the discretion of Time 2 Bounce Inflatables & Fun.

  • All equipment will be delivered in sound condition. Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment at set-up.

  • Balls must be placed back in the ball pit prior to pickup.
